Vivechana Constructions has completed home construction projects using the conventional & most widely used solid cement blocks, light weight AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Blocks, wire cut red bricks, exposed bricks (Where Plastering is not done), CSE (Compressed Stabilised Earth) Blocks. House design and construction specifications also change for various categories of Home like Residential Homes, Farm House, Vacation / Holiday Homes, Multi Dwelling Apartment Homes etc.
Commercial Projects
There are many types of construction, but what is a Commercial Construction.Commercial Construction involves building projects that can be leased or sold in the private sector. These spaces can be anything from offices and manufacturing plants to medical centres and retail shopping centres. Each commercial construction project varies in size and effort and is unique in its way. The designs and layouts of a structure are decided entirely by the client. Each client is unique so each project will be different. In commercial construction, a project can be separated into 3 sizes: small-scale, medium-scale, and large-scale.

I gained practical understanding of grid marking on the ground, center line marking, and the importance of establishing a reference benchmark. I also learned how to identify and follow the north orientation on site and successfully correlated the site markings with the GFC (Good for Construction) drawings. This activity helped me better understand how drawings are translated into actual site execution.
